"THE BLEEDING"

Sindy Rush, Kat Von D, DMX, Vinnie Jones, Michael Madsen and Armand Assante have signed up for Indifferent Entertainment's upcoming horror flick "The Bleeding". Sindy will be playing Katya, one of the vampires on the film.

The film will be directed by Charles Picierni from a script by Lance Lane. Production is set to start shooting in April in North Carolina.

The Bleeding follows an ex-army ranger looking for the killer of his parents. While he is searching for the killer he stumbles onto a family of vampires nesting in a former chemical weapons factory that has been converted into a nightclub.

Sindy Rush attended The Billboard Latin Music Awards that took place on April 28 in Puerto Rico. She was seen posing for pictures on the Red Carpet next to celebrities like Marc Anthony, Paulina Rubio, Wisin y Yandel, Pitbull and many others.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards - the single most important Latin music industry event in the world - united today's top artists, agents, promoters, record label executives, publicists, brand marketing executives, managers, media, digital music executives and many more to do business, discuss hot button topics and celebrate Latin music!

This longest running and most prestigious awards show in the Latin music industry was held at the Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, honored the biggest and brightest stars based on the Latin Billboard charts, and featured dazzling red carpet appearances and stunning performances by top artists across all genres of Latin music.

"SINDY RUSH" SUPER STAR

Every star deserves to twinkle. The time for local artist Sindy Rush to shine is rapidly approaching. Her passion for music started at a young age in her native Colombia; where she studied guitar, piano, and singing. As a child she listened to Bon Jovi and Guns and Roses. Her move to Miami, FL was just what she needed to jump start her career in the entertainment industry. Miami being a haven and vacation hot-spot for many of the accomplished superstars of our time was a blessing in disguise. Sindy began to network and work with some of the top producers and artists, including Cash Money artist Kevin Rudolf, grammy award winning producer Scott Storch, and was casted as a vampire in the future film "The Bleeding" along side DMX.

During the week, Sindy spends her time in state-of-the art studios writing away her life experiences and catchy tunes to keep improving her content and express her emotions to her ever-growing fan base. Alongside her older brother/producer, Jimmy Jamez, the bass and speakers blast with quality week in and week out and what is released is tantalizing beats that give hope to two young individuals working nonstop for a career filled with success. With the guidance of her brother, Sindy makes her daily routine of creating beautiful music a family affair. Being around her brother, gives her the opportunity to receive instant critiques on her music from a source who knows her best.

With many future projects in the works along with talks of being an opening act in a nationwide tour for a major recording artist next year, there are many reasons why we should keep our ears and eyes open for the sound of the next and upcoming artist from our own back yard: Sindy Rush.

I was recently featured in "ELENCO" magazine..

I want to thank all my fans for always being there for me and stinking out until the end, I love each and every one of you.

This is an interview I did almost a month ago when i traveled to Bogota Colombia for a couple of tv, radio and press interviews.

This year has been really good to me and I hope next one will be really good for all of us.

Here is the translation of the interview for those who don't speak spanish.

She is a 21 year old artist from Bogota Colombia who is recently working with world renowned producer Scott Storch.

She is the daughter of former Colombian beauty queen Marcela Hurtado.

Since the early age of 11, her father, a big music fan, forced her to take piano lessons in the National University of Bogota and although she knew that music was her passion,Sindy felt bored because she wanted to learn and play more than just classical music.

Her life changed when she moved to Miami to live next to her older brother Jimmy Jamez . "One of my friends at school told me that there was a party at Scott's mansion, I was 17 years old at the time and knew he was a Grammy award winner producer, so I grabbed my guitar and headed over to Scotts house". After listening to her, Scott promised to introduce her to the world of fame. But Sindy never imagined this life of luxury had a dark side.

Her illusions diluted when she noticed how drugs were ending Scott's professional life. She didn't want to be part of that lifestyle and decided to part ways.

Later on Sindy secured an opportunity on the big screen: "I took a single acting lesson from Nicole Kidman's teacher". She played the role of a vampire in The Bleeding alongside Kat Von D, who has a show on MTV and other actors like Armand Assante, Michael Madsen and Vinnie Jones.

When it comes to music, Sindy plans on releasing her first record next year and to endorse it she released her first single titled Not The Girl For You, which can be heard on iTunes.
